About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and prepare monthly reports regarding contractual requirements
- Answer telephone calls, process messages, and handle work orders
- Greet and register visitors at an academic dormitory facility
- Maintain records of room assignments and registration information in databases
- Coordinate and confirm drivers for scheduled or unscheduled transportation needs
- Conduct inventories of supplies, materials, and equipment for lodging operations
- Assist guests with special accommodation requests and local inquiries
- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of hospitality and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation
- Strong communication and time management skills
