About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and prepare monthly reports regarding contractual requirements
  • Answer telephone calls, process messages, and handle work orders
  • Greet and register visitors at an academic dormitory facility
  • Maintain records of room assignments and registration information in databases
  • Coordinate and confirm drivers for scheduled or unscheduled transportation needs
  • Conduct inventories of supplies, materials, and equipment for lodging operations
  • Assist guests with special accommodation requests and local inquiries
  • Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of hospitality and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation
  • Strong communication and time management skills
