Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care
  • Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements
  • Support front desk operations including answering phone lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores

Requirements

  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service
