About the role
Responsibilities
- Use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care
- Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements
- Support front desk operations including answering phone lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service flair and professional manners
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service
