About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes
  • Handle sensitive guest information including room assignments and financial transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with sensitivity
  • Perform administrative functions including answering main lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores
  • Comply with all system policies and procedures

Requirements
