About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes
- Handle sensitive guest information including room assignments and financial transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with sensitivity
- Perform administrative functions including answering main lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores
- Comply with all system policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of hotel front desk experience desired
- Strong customer service skills and professional manners
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
- Reliability, integrity, and team spirit
