About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the campus receptionist by answering phones, responding to voicemails, and managing emails
- Warmly welcome current and prospective students and their families to the campus
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Use internal databases for data entry and to generate reports and lists
- Provide admissions assistance, including consultation requests and post-consultation follow-ups
- Support campus operations by taking inventory and organizing classroom and office supplies
- Supervise students between classes and perform light cleaning/tidying of the facility
- Maintain the organization and appearance of the lobby and front desk area
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally interacting with families and students (K-12)
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with correct grammar and spelling
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
