About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the campus receptionist by answering phones, responding to voicemails, and managing emails
  • Warmly welcome current and prospective students and their families to the campus
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide admissions assistance, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain multiple calendars, perform data entry, and use internal databases to generate reports
  • Organize and prepare classroom and office supplies
  • Supervise students between classes and perform light cleaning to maintain the lobby and front desk area
  • Support daily campus operations and assist full-time staff with various procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including correct grammar and spelling
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Availability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interacting with families and students (elementary through high school)
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and a passion for our mission of supporting high-performing students
