Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the campus receptionist by answering phones, responding to voicemails, and managing emails
• Warmly welcome current and prospective students and their families to the academy
• Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and perform data entry tasks using internal databases
• Provide admissions assistance, including consultation requests and post-consultation follow-ups
• Support campus operations by organizing supplies, taking inventory, and performing light cleaning/tidying
• Supervise students between classes and maintain the organization and appearance of the lobby area
• Assist full-time staff with various campus procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally interacting with families and students (elementary through high school)
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of English usage
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
