About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the campus receptionist by answering phones, responding to voicemails, and directing information to appropriate staff
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and perform data entry
- Use internal databases to generate reports and lists
- Provide admissions assistance, including scheduling and post-consultation follow-ups
- Organize and prepare classroom and office supplies
- Supervise students between classes and perform light cleaning to maintain the lobby and front desk area
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally interacting with families and students (grades 1-12)
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high standard for grammar and spelling
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Availability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
