Front Desk Agent/Spa Concierge

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful experiences by anticipating guest needs and ensuring warm interactions
• Engage and serve guests by building connections and guiding them through memberships, gift cards, and retail
• Recommend services and products that align with guest needs to drive sales
• Oversee check-ins, transactions, and scheduling to maintain a seamless spa environment
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational excellence
• Support community outreach initiatives like Blue Heart Warrior and Hands for Hope Foundation

Requirements

• Ability to complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
• Flexibility to work in multiple departments including Concierge, Front Desk, and Spa Attendant
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 95% of the shift
• Ability to lift items for organizing and cleaning spa and retail areas
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
