Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and assign rooms while issuing room keys
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
• Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency
• Demonstrate core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
