About the role
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and assign rooms while issuing room keys
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately
- Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency
Requirements

- Ability to work weekends and holidays
