About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Provide summaries of hotel amenities to guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
- Recommend local restaurants and activities based on guest interests
- Maintain and settle daily cash banks
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Comply with all hotel and company policies
- Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of customer or guest experience preferred
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of 5-star service standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
