About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide summaries of hotel amenities to guests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
  • Recommend local restaurants and activities based on guest interests
  • Maintain and settle daily cash banks
  • Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Comply with all hotel and company policies
  • Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of customer or guest experience preferred
  • Previous front desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of 5-star service standards
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
