Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide summaries of hotel amenities
• Manage guest registrations, reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill special requests and ensure room readiness
• Recommend local restaurants and activities tailored to guest interests and skill levels
• Maintain the cash bank and handle daily settling of cash transactions
• Process payments for departing guests and present final statements
• Assist with emergency and security procedures as directed by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer or guest experience preferred
• Previous front desk experience preferred
• Knowledge of 5-star service standards
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
