About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of reference for guests, ensuring all aspects of their stay are of the highest level
- Manage unexpected situations with patience, empathy, and a positive personality
- Work proactively within the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
- Support the department during night shifts, at least 2 times per week, in support of the Night Manager
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide exceptional service
- Teamwork skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar position is appreciated but not essential
