About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of reference for guests, ensuring all aspects of their stay are of the highest level
  • Manage unexpected situations with patience, empathy, and a positive personality
  • Work proactively within the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
  • Support the department during night shifts, at least 2 times per week, in support of the Night Manager

Requirements

  • Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional service
  • Teamwork skills to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar position is appreciated but not essential
