Palazzo Sanzio Roma is a brand new hotel opening in the heart of the city, located in Trastevere. Designed within an Umbertine era palace, it offers 71 rooms, a luxury restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art gym.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of reference for guests to ensure a high-level stay experience
• Manage unexpected issues with patience, empathy, and a positive personality
• Work proactively within the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
• Maintain availability to cover night shifts

Requirements

• Flexibility and a "Yes I Can!" approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Exceptional service attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated but not essential
