About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Provide summaries of hotel amenities to guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
- Recommend local restaurants and activities
- Maintain and settle daily cash banks
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Comply with all hotel and Aspen One policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs
- Availability for part-time shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of local town activities and events
- Basic industry terminology knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
