Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Check guests into the hotel with precision, ensuring a luxury service experience.
• Anticipate and cater to guest needs to elevate overall satisfaction.
• Maintain expert knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, dining venues, and daily events.
• Resolve and log guest complaints promptly or escalate them to management.
• Accurately copy and file guest passports and adhere to country and company procedures.
• Actively participate in revenue generation through upselling and additional services.
• Update the Opera PMS immediately with any changes to guest information or status.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Adhere to all grooming standards and company policies regarding health and safety.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a meticulous eye for detail.
