About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Front Office operations according to company policies and standards
- Handle cash accounting and guest bill payments
- Communicate guest and group activity to internal departments
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure accurate collection of guest details and communication processing
- Execute End of Day processes and day closure accounting checks
- Generate daily reports
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Professional experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Adaptable, flexible, and results-driven mindset
