About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Front Office operations according to company policies and standards
  • Handle cash accounting and guest bill payments
  • Communicate guest and group activity to internal departments
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure accurate collection of guest details and communication processing
  • Execute End of Day processes and day closure accounting checks
  • Generate daily reports

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Professional experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
