Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
• Manage room reservations, confirm guest details, and assign rooms
• Communicate special requests or accommodations to relevant hotel departments
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Serve as a central communication point between guests and other hotel departments
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends as business levels dictate
• Professional phone demeanor and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to take on both administrative and operational responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar guest services role
• Proficiency with Opera or Unifocus
• Experience using Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, or OpenTable
