Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the hotel by providing warm welcomes and top-tier guest service
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision
- Resolve guest issues and challenges quickly to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth front desk operations
- Handle multitasking duties including managing financial details and guest requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
