Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the hotel by providing warm welcomes and exceptional guest service
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with precision and a friendly attitude
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and financial details efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Act as a quick-thinking problem solver to resolve guest challenges and ensure a positive stay
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel or related hospitality field is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
