Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration systems
• Perform mechanical inspections and repairs on refrigeration compressors
• Manage the charging and recovery of refrigerant gases in compliance with environmental regulations
• Prepare technical reports regarding interventions and equipment status
• Provide technical advice on system improvements, replacements, or new installations
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate activities with property owners

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanics, or Electricity
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar industrial refrigeration roles
• Hands-on experience with compressors and systems using CO2, Freon, and Ammonia
• Certified refrigerant handler (Carnet de manipulador de gases fluorados)
• Training in PLC systems
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel and temporary geographic mobility
• Basic Occupational Risk Prevention training
