Responsibilities

• Ensure the stall functions according to company standards, including proper product display
• Organize and supervise the team's work
• Represent the company in contact with customers and suppliers through professional service
• Cooperate in building the MAKRO image as a customer-friendly company
• Comply with company health and safety (BHP) requirements

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer service
• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience in organizing team work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Reliability and honesty
• Readiness for physical work
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operator license
• Basic knowledge of MMS program (for internal candidates)
