Fresh Pasta Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist retail counters with daily operations to ensure smooth service
• Stock counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Slice, weigh, label, display, sell, and package products according to department standards
• Manage transfers between departments to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Provide a steady presence on the floor, interacting with guests, employees, and vendors
• Ensure retail supplies are in stock and utilized properly at all stations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in food service
• Strong knowledge of steps of service and Italian products
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for up to 8 hours
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
