Fresh Food Processing Associate

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, dice, peel, and bag fruit products using knives or mechanical equipment
• Wash, weigh, and package fruit according to recipe and portion guidelines
• Follow standard recipes and production specifications to ensure consistency and quality
• Operate high speed-mechanical processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following GMPs and food safety standards
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals in a refrigerated environment

Requirements

• Experience with manual knife work or food processing equipment preferred
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Team oriented attitude and reliability in attendance and performance
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
