Fresh Cuts Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Assist the Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Identify and report quality or safety concerns to the Line Leader
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Physical stamina for continuous or repetitive physical activity, including gripping and cutting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments
• High School or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role
