Fresh and Extra-Fresh Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for the assigned perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize the team as a coach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define strategy, implement action plans, and monitor performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area for the fresh/extra-fresh universe
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

• Experience in the distribution or service sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
