About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle VIP customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor client performance and proactively target clients to increase performance
- Perform outbound sales calls to targeted groups of clients within a portfolio
- Monitor day-to-day client activity and contact them to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Native level French (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Basic computer handling skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
