About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional help and guidance to customers via phone and email
  • Support account creation issues and communication between hosts and guests
  • Handle customer complaints and provide case-by-case solutions
  • Identify emerging issues and bugs and communicate them to the supervision team
  • Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • Native level French (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
