About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional help and guidance to customers via phone and email
- Support account creation issues and communication between hosts and guests
- Handle customer complaints and provide case-by-case solutions
- Identify emerging issues and bugs and communicate them to the supervision team
- Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Native level French (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in customer support or a call center environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
