About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, and emails from users
- Assist sellers in the sales process and account management
- Provide email and phone support to customers ensuring a balance between productivity and quality
- Liaise with other departments as necessary
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world
Requirements
- Native level French speaking and writing skills
- Fluent in English
- At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support industry
- Basic understanding of computer handling and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Must be a citizen of the European Union
