About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service via live chat and emails
- Inform customers of ongoing promotions
- Provide explanations regarding products, site, and policies
- Build trusting relationships with clients by providing accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary
- Update customer accounts and details accurately
- Travel abroad to host events and meet VIP customers when required
Requirements
- Native or bilingual French speaker
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Basic computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Must hold a European passport
