About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service via live chat and emails
  • Inform customers of ongoing promotions
  • Provide explanations regarding products, site, and policies
  • Build trusting relationships with clients by providing accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary
  • Update customer accounts and details accurately
  • Travel abroad to host events and meet VIP customers when required

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual French speaker
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • Basic computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Must hold a European passport
