About the role
Responsibilities
- Write content for emails, landing pages, SMS, and other marketing channels
- Review, edit, and update content for company websites and marketing materials
- Execute CRM campaigns while meeting strict deadlines
- Analyse promotion performances and share recommendations with the marketing team
- Stay informed about sports and casino news in target markets
- Write creative briefs for designers and editorial writers
- Organise editorials and imagery to keep desktop and mobile content fresh
Requirements
- Native level French speaker
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming customer support or multi-lingual content writing
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic computer handling skills and understanding of the gaming industry
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Emarsys, or OptiMove
- Basic HTML knowledge
