Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute construction sites for maintenance and investment measures, focusing on pipeline construction in Darmstadt
• Manage customer inquiries while optimizing costs, schedules, quality, and safety
• Create cost estimates, schedules, and process plans, while monitoring budget and deadline compliance
• Coordinate external companies and manage third-party services in accordance with company guidelines
• Assume responsibility for occupational safety and health (USGQ) according to BauStellV
• Participate in internal working groups regarding QM documentation, ESHQ, and change management
• Act as a subject matter expert and driver for the implementation of new processes and techniques

Requirements

• Technician, Master, or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Multi-year professional experience in external company coordination, ideally within pipeline construction
• Knowledge of SAP, RISource, and PM/PV guidelines
• Familiarity with project execution guidelines
• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills
• Diligent and conscientious working style with a high degree of initiative
