Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute construction sites for maintenance and investment measures within complex projects in Darmstadt
• Process customer inquiries while optimizing costs, schedules, quality, and safety
• Create cost estimates, schedules, and process plans while monitoring budget and deadline compliance
• Manage external contractors and coordinate orders in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements
• Assume responsibility for occupational safety and health (USGQ) according to BauStellV
• Participate in internal working groups regarding QM documentation, ESHQ, and change management
• Act as a subject matter expert and driver for the implementation of new processes and techniques

Requirements

• Technician, Master, or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of SAP and RISource
• Knowledge of PM/PV guidelines and project execution guidelines
• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills
• Ability to work meticulously and take initiative, even under high workloads
