Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager, Consumer Products

Responsibilities

• Manage global supply chain operations for racing and festival apparel divisions
• Oversee transportation, warehouse functions, inventory management, and distribution routes
• Partner with customs and freight forwarders to manage documentation and movement of freight across 22 countries
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage project timelines using tools like Gantt charts and action trackers
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, scorecards, and dispute resolution
• Analyze freight budgets, billing, and shipping costs to drive operational improvements
• Supervise warehouse functions, including receipt, dispatching, and storage procedures
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global logistics management
• Proven experience in global product shipping using freight forwarding companies
• Direct experience with shipping costs and duties in the EU, APAC, and Middle East regions
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in logistics software and IT systems
• Ability to work onsite in Henderson, NV 4-5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale logistics for consumer products or apparel
• Strong analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight event deadlines
