Freight Forwarder

Responsibilities

• Plan transport to most of Europe from customer inquiry to final delivery
• Ensure transport is executed to customer satisfaction and on time
• Contact internal and external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Follow up and perform quality control on transport tasks
• Provide customer service and manage cargo disposition
• Apply commercial flair to find optimal solutions

Requirements

• Educated freight forwarder (Speditør)
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to thrive in a varied and busy environment
• Strong service mindset and flexibility
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
