Freight Forwarder Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Planning of transport to and from most of Europe
• Managing the process from customer inquiry to final delivery
• Ensuring transport is executed to customer satisfaction
• Ensuring deliveries reach the correct destination at the right time
• Gaining insight and decision-making power regarding the economic aspects of logistics tasks
• Contacting internal and external partners and suppliers
• Follow-up and quality control of transport tasks
• Providing customer service

Requirements

• Completed HHX, STX, or EUX
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Good experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Service-minded and flexible
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
