Freight Claims Specialist

Responsibilities

• Extract claims data from SAP and identify eligible claims
• Submit claims to parcel and LTL carriers such as UPS
• Coordinate with external partners using standardized documentation to process and track claims
• Manage parcel claims via carrier dashboards to recover insurance amounts
• Monitor claim status and maintain dashboards to track recovery amounts and trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight claims, logistics, or customer service
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience working with parcel and/or LTL carriers
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage manual processes
