Freight Claim Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage freight claims by consolidating information, calculating values, and tracking cases in ServiceNow
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely claim resolution and payment
• Review freight invoices in Coupa to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resolution of discrepancies
• Perform detailed invoice audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Track and report key KPIs related to freight claims, invoice discrepancies, and aging balances
• Identify recurring claim drivers and collaborate on process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience with Coupa or similar invoice platforms
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically with freight, logistics, or carrier-related processes
• Previous experience in invoice processing or audit activities
