Freezer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and comply with quotas for freezer placement, changes, and removals
• Perform data analysis and develop action plans to follow up on execution
• Select, train, and develop the assigned team of collaborators
• Conduct operational evaluations and field supervision
• Maintain business profitability basics within scope
• Monitor and ensure compliance with working hours
• Interact with unionized personnel and union representatives

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in sales
• Knowledge of e-commerce
• Experience interacting with unionized personnel
• Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a standard vehicle
• Excellent communication and time management skills
