Freelance Talent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of freelance talent, including sourcing, evaluation, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Build and maintain a reliable network of freelance professionals across key disciplines
• Establish and improve processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance in freelance management
• Partner with business units and project teams to define freelance requirements and identify suitable talent
• Support workforce planning by aligning freelance availability with project needs in collaboration with the Crew Manager
• Develop and manage rate structures and contract frameworks for freelance engagements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contracts, and documentation related to external talent

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent management, freelance coordination, or resource management within the event industry
• Direct experience working within the UAE and/or KSA markets
• Strong organizational and process management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning within project-based environments
• Familiarity with contract management and rate structuring
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to freelance engagements
