Responsibilities

• Animate skill blocks related to self-service employee and sales roles
• Design and adapt pedagogical content based on defined competency frameworks
• Implement practical activities and role-playing to facilitate skill acquisition
• Evaluate learner progress through practical exercises and simulations
• Ensure pedagogical follow-up and encourage skill development for each learner
• Participate in pedagogical reviews and report on group progress
• Maintain a positive group dynamic and a benevolent learning environment

Requirements

• Freelance trainer with expertise in sales, commerce, or distribution
• Proven experience in training animation and pedagogical support
• Deep knowledge of skills required for self-service employees and sales staff
• Ability to use competency frameworks to design adapted courses
• Proficiency with digital tools and online training platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and pedagogy
• Must have a SIRET number

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified to certify Professional Titles: "Employé Commercial", "Conseiller de Vente", and "Manager d'Etablissement Marchand"
