Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Find, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies
• Present qualified candidates to the internal hiring team
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the entire process to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress of ongoing projects

Requirements

• Experience finding talent via social media, job boards, and networks in the Dutch market
• Ability to thrive in a commission-driven (No Cure No Pay) structure
• Resourceful, proactive, and dedicated to delivering excellent results
• Proven track record as a recruitment professional
