Responsibilities
- Partner with the team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven track record in a commission-based or results-driven structure
- Adept at sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Based in the Netherlands
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce recruitment
- Ability to meet high standards of candidate submission quality
