Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies
• Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Proven track record in a commission-based or results-driven structure
• Adept at sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Based in the Netherlands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce recruitment
• Ability to meet high standards of candidate submission quality
