About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and optimization of the People technology stack and HRIS
- Review, document, and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Support strategic initiatives including leveling, compensation frameworks, and manager enablement
- Reorganize and maintain People documentation in Notion and automate workflows using AI
- Provide pragmatic HR guidance and partner with managers and the wider People team
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or HR Generalist roles
- Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex workstreams
- Expertise in evaluating and implementing HRIS and People technology
- Knowledge of European HR practices and compliance, ideally including French employment law
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
