About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the host for fun, engaging, team building, social impact activities, experiences and events that support a great cause
- Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits in facilitating the in-person event
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Based in Madrid, Spain
- Availability to work on a contract per event basis
- Comfortable interacting with groups of people and one on one
- Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Quick thinker with ability to problem-solve on the fly
- Extremely comfortable with public speaking
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions involving audience interaction
