Freelance In Person Event Host

Responsibilities

• Host fun, engaging, and interactive team-building social impact activities and events
• Welcome, engage, and inspire participants throughout the experience
• Support local nonprofits in facilitating in-person events
• Manage group dynamics to keep events flowing smoothly and participants engaged

Requirements

• Based in Springfield, MA
• Fluent in English
• Availability for per-event contract work
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a charismatic personality
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet during live events

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions involving audience interaction
