About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across various client branches
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
- Perform email account configuration, data backup, and migration
- Install operating systems and join devices to domains
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, monitors, and printers
- Manage network-related tasks and system imaging
Requirements
- Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in field technical support
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating system installation and disk replacement
- Knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
- Availability to handle support tickets
