Freelance Field Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across various client branches
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
• Perform email account configuration, data backup, and migration
• Install operating systems and join devices to domains
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, monitors, and printers
• Manage network-related tasks and system imaging

Requirements

• Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in field technical support
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of operating system installation and disk replacement
• Knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
• Availability to handle support tickets
