Responsibilities

  • Attend assigned services and incidents according to the established schedule
  • Execute defined procedures for each service and resolve incidents within committed times
  • Maintain constant communication with the central desk or responsible coordinator
  • Document all activities performed and send evidence and service reports in a timely manner
  • Provide professional attention to end users
  • Comply with established quality standards for each project

Requirements

  • TSU, Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT incident and request handling
  • Knowledge of technical support for end users
  • Availability to travel to different locations in Mexico City
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to handle service documentation and evidence
  • Basic diagnosis of computer equipment, peripherals, and connectivity
