Freelance Field Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Attend to assigned technical services and incidents according to the established schedule
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests within committed timeframes
• Execute defined procedures for each specific service and project
• Maintain constant communication with the central help desk or responsible coordinator
• Document all activities performed and submit service evidence and reports in a timely manner
• Provide professional on-site technical support to end-users
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and service levels required by each client

Requirements

• TSU or Engineering degree in Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT incident and request management
• Strong knowledge of end-user technical support
• Availability to travel to different locations within the Nuevo Laredo area
• Basic hardware, peripheral, and connectivity diagnostics skills
• Excellent customer service attitude and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ticketing tools
• Proficiency in incident and problem management processes
