About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site lead for in-person social impact team-building events, managing setup, execution, and teardown.
- Participate in virtual planning meetings with corporate partners, nonprofits, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the guest check-in process and provide a warm, professional welcome to all attendees.
- Coordinate with on-site teams, including venues, nonprofit partners, and additional staff, to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide real-time problem-solving for logistical challenges such as technology issues or missing supplies.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Events Team by sending updates, photos, and videos during events.
- Handle post-event logistics, including site cleanup and repackaging/shipping materials back to the distribution center.
Requirements
- Must be based in the North Wales, PA area.
- Proven experience in corporate event management, including large-scale events and intimate executive-level gatherings.
- Experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, on a per-event contract basis.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift, slide, or carry up to 30 lbs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as a self-starter.
